I didn't know HD-DVD's couldn't be played in a normal DVD player ... can I return it?

Only if it hasn't been opened. If it's still unopened in it's factory packaging ... it is returnable, just refer to our returns policy.

What is your returns policy?
As our prices are so low, we do follow our returns policy pretty strictly. Returns are accepted if the item is returned unopened in it's original factory condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will deduct the actual shipping and handling costs (even though we ship for free, it does cost us to ship to you) from your refund. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us before you place your order, and we will let you know how much additional it will be.
Please contact us by email, prior to returning anything ... explaining the nature of your return. If it falls within our return guidelines, we'll let you know what you need to do to return it to us at that time.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not currently. All of our shipping is done through PayPal, and they do not offer the option of First Class International for packages. The cheapest method available would be First Class International. We can make exceptions on a case by case basis, depending on what size order you are considering. Just send us an email and let us know!

Are these legitimate movies?
All of our movies are 100% legitimate movies in their factory sealed cases (unless otherwise noted, i.e. plastic missing, etc.).

Do you accept any other payment methods than PayPal?
At this time, no we do not. We find PayPal the easiest method to work with at this time. We may change this in the future, but right now it just plain works out better for us.

I saw an ad for SwapADVD on one of your business cards, what is that?
SwapADVD is a place online for people to swap their DVD's & Blu-rays to earn credits, that they can in turn use to get the movies they like.
I am not affiliated with SwapADVD (other than being a member myself). I do however get referral credits for people that sign up via my link.

What Region are your DVD's?
All DVD's are Region 1 (will play in U.S. & Canadian DVD players) unless otherwise noted. Some may also be Region 0 (which play in any DVD player).
